To help keep up with this growth we are looking for an outstanding Manufacturing Validation Engineer.
This position is responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the validation strategy for Melaleuca. They will measure and analyze the process, audit and calibrate equipment and create a document trail showing that processes lead to consistent results to ensure the highest quality products are produced.
Validates new and existing equipment used in Pharma/OTC/Cosmetic manufacturing.
Develops, prepares and install equipment and validation tests procedures/protocols to ensure that a product is manufactured in accordance with appropriate regulatory agency validation requirements and current industry practices.
Responsible for IQ/OQ and PQ phases.
Coordinates projects directly with vendors and service providers to ensure that all validation and installation requirements are being satisfied during the execution of protocols.
Develops time-lines for all projects and ensures that deadlines and goals are being met. Frequently updates management and team on project progress.
Pro-actively identifies issues that might delay a project ad makes recommendations to improve time-lines for project completion.
Compiles and analyzes validations data, prepares reports and makes recommendations for changes and/or improvements.
Maintains all of the documentation pertaining to qualification and validation of assigned projects and equipment/systems.
Keeps up to date on industry standards and requirements.
Bachelors Degree in Engineering
