Technology Enablement Content Developer/Analyst (Level 5)

Job Description:

As an important part of this team, the Content Developer/Analyst is responsible for imagining and building training content, analyzing and measuring effectiveness of that content, and supporting communications efforts across the team.

This position will be located in Hyderabad, India, reporting to a Senior Manager, and will support content development and analytic initiatives.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Review technical and functional documents and work closely with system subject matter experts to understand key system concepts, terms, and processes

  • Synthesize these inputs to determine the best organization of curriculum materials and approach to creating high-quality, impactful content

  • Create visually appealing content and templates using email marketing tools that optimize employee engagement with IT communication messages

  • Create user content for e-Learning or classroom-based training initiatives

  • Assist in devising, executing and supporting email campaigns, including all troubleshooting and quality assurance activities

  • Assist with definition of adoption metrics/KPIs for learning content and support effectiveness tracking and reporting

  • Collect and analyze metrics to measure effectiveness of enablement activities

  • Design, build and maintain dashboards that track adoption metrics, enhance portfolio management, and present insightful representations of data

  • Dashboards will provide valuable information to management and leadership within IT and the business, enabling more efficient and effective decision-making

  • Create visually appealing HTML email content and templates using email marketing tools that optimize employee engagement and incorporate IT communication messages

  • Distribute communications to internal employees based on content requirements provided by teammates

  • Create, upload, and manage email lists based on audience segmentation and distribution lists using a variety of data sources.

  • Assist in executing email campaigns and change marketing efforts, including troubleshooting and quality assurance

  • Run reports and analyze trends to provide visibility into communications campaigns results and effectiveness

Basic Qualifications (to be considered, you should have):

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) OR Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree

  • Minimum 3 years Technical or Functional Content Development experience, focused on training or change management content

  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder viewpoints and priorities and collaborate cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications (to really stand out, you should have):

  • Experience in software or high-tech

  • Experience using Salesforce applications

  • Attention to detail, proof reading, and writing in a user-friendly manner

  • Experience in the following areas:

  • Building training needs assessments, developing training plans and training curriculums, and/or conducting classroom training

  • Use of e-Learning systems

  • Use of Video to build training materials

  • Use of Learning Management Systems for publishing e-Learning content

  • Use of email marketing automation systems (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar applications) and tracking of effectiveness

  • HTML expertise

  • Ability to create and collaborate in a virtual environment, including extensive use of video conferencing tools

  • Assist in executing email campaigns. Troubleshoot and QA campaigns, emails, and data issues as it relates to our communications tools.

  • Run reports and analyze trends to provide visibility into communications campaigns results and effectiveness.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Experience with reporting/dashboards; experience with designing Wave Analytics dashboards a plus.

  • Experience with tracking email and other communications metrics, such as open/click-through rates. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation tools a plus.

  • Salesforce admin and reporting skills a plus

  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, presentation

  • Well organized, can manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Experience in business analytics and able to work with a variety of data sources.

  • Experience in software or high-tech

  • Able to work independently to execute and deliver.
