The NPI Operations group provides logistical support to enable Integrated Circuit (IC) development and/or New Product Introduction (NPI). The NPI group works closely with Program Management, Engineering teams, Sales Operations in understanding the program requirements and coordinating the builds from Tape out to production. The group is currently looking for NPI Program Analyst (Sr or Staff based on experience). Key responsibilities include 1. Work closely with Design team, Chip Program management and generate build request to satisfy the program requirements. 2. Communicate the Build request to the Suppliers in timely and accurate fashion. Track and expedite material at suppliers as needed to ensure the program deadlines are met 3. Identify material and hardware requirements and work with suppliers in ensuring material in in place 4. Create purchase requisitions, track PO status, track build progress, and communicate status back to the PM's and Chip/Chipset teams. 5. Monitor critical program milestones, release dates, product revisions, and quality issues and communicate those to suppliers and minimize the impact to overall program schedule. 6. Lead Operations synch up meetings with Program management, Sales ops, and Production teams. 7. Identify critical path and analyze potential changes to the program. Communicate this to the core team along with proposed mitigation and contingency plans. 8. Troubleshoot supplier issues and help develop alternative schedules, milestones, processes etc. to resolve supply issues 9. Work closely with Engineering teams, Sales Operations, Product marketing in developing Production Risk start strategy 10. Work with production teams in ensuring a smooth transition from NPI to production During the course of the program, the Program Analysts have to regularly interact with Engineers, Program Management, Product Marketing, Suppliers, and Sales Ops etc.

3+ years experience in Planning/Supply Chain Management
Experiene with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, Rapid Response, or SAP)
Semiconductor Industry experience
Good communication and teamwork skills
Prior experience in Program Management preferred
Preferred: Bachelor's, Business Administration
