We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing large enterprise accounts, reseller relationships, and government accounts within the Unified Communications and Video Conferencing (UCC) sector. With a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, the Large Account Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth, fostering strategic partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The Large Account Manager will focus on retaining existing accounts, acquiring new business, and developing key accounts to further strengthen Jabra's presence in the Saudi Arabian market. Position Overview :

Large Enterprise represents an increasing portion of Jabra’s Business Solutions Sales revenue, and to further develop Jabra’s Market Share in regional Large Enterprise Customers, Jabra is seeking to enhance its Sales Team with a new Large Account Manager for KSA. The Large Account Manager will be assigned a number of named Accounts to either Retain, Acquire, or Develop. For all the named accounts, the Large Account Manager will be responsible for the local relationships and revenue generation in KSA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in large enterprise accounts and drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with resellers to establish strong partnerships and mutually beneficial relationships and provide training and support to reseller teams to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities.

  • Engage with government entities to understand their unique requirements and compliance standards and work closely with government agencies to deliver UCC and Video Conferencing solutions that meet specific security and regulatory needs.

  • Facilitate the procurement process and navigate bureaucratic structures to ensure successful project implementations.

  • Meet and exceed quarterly revenue objectives by effectively managing the sales cycle and closing deals.

  • Lead efforts to win major new accounts for Jabra, strategically identifying and pursuing opportunities in untapped markets and develop and implement targeted sales plans to secure new business and expand Jabra's market presence

Qualifications and Requirements :

  • Minimum of 3 years of commercial experience in the UCC and Video Conferencing sector.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Customer Relationship Management Systems.

  • Fluent in both English and Arabic.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant sales-related training/certification.

  • In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market, including understanding cultural nuances and business practices.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing large enterprise accounts, reseller relationships, and government account.

  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
