Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance on machines and equipment on a regular basis to prevent breakdown.
- Capable of completing PM's without supervision.
- Repairs and maintains physical structure of establishment.
- Inspect and test machinery and equipment to detect malfunction. Diagnose and dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repair parts.
- Minor welding and fabrication.
- Replace fuses, heaters, thermocouples, motors etc.
- Follow UCC Quality System approved work instructions and procedures and help improve these as needed.
- Responsible for successful facilitation of all company safety policies and housekeeping.
- Responsible for cleanliness of work area.
- Participate in company training seminars as offered.
- Attend company meetings as designated.
- Follow Quality System-approved work instructions and procedures and help improve these as needed.
- Responsible for successful facilitation of all company safety policies and procedures.
- Complete monthly Safety Observations and attend Meetings.
