Job Description Summary

•配属エリアの産婦人科市場を把握しKOL（キーオピニオンリーダー）・AOL（エリアオピニオンリーダー）との良好な関係作りを行う。

•産婦人科向け超音波ビジネスにおけるマーケティング戦略の立案と実行。

•セールス・アプリケーション・サービス・販売店が活動しやすい市場作りを行う。

•専門的スキルを習得しWin Rateの向上とシェアUPを行う。

•製品提案・デモンストレーション・プレゼンテーション・セールスサポートを行う。

•既存顧客管理を行い、リピーター率をUPさせる。

•エリア戦略を考案し競合とのシェア争いを有利に進める。

Job Description

•社内外と良好な関係を作り目標達成に高いモチベーションがあること。

•KOL（キーオピニオンリーダー）・AOL （エリアオピニオンリーダー）へ定期的訪問を行い良好な関係作りを積極的に行えること。

•配属エリアの市場把握に努めエリア戦略を立案しチーム目標に貢献すること。

•トレーニングに積極的に参加し製品スペシャリストとしての知識向上に努め

習得した知識で自社セールスや販売店セールスへトレーニングを行うこと。

•販売店と定期的Meetingを行い目標達成のためのフォーキャストを作成すること。

＜要件＞

・医療機器を取り扱った経験がある方（産婦人科領域経験者だと尚可）

・臨床検査技師の経験がある方

・現在の経験を活かし、新たに学ぼうとする意欲がある方

・解決能力を磨き、様々な場面に対してフレキシブルに対応できる方
