Job Description Summary

Lead multiple operations in Japan Repair Center toward the multiple operational KPIs, financial targets and some other priorities based on the business requirement. This role requires cross-function team works and influence various stake-holders to solve the operational challenges.

Job Description

Essential Responsibility

  • Set and Drive Operation KPIs and financial target.

  • Plan and manage the resource and enhance the capacity fluctuation meets the business requirement.

  • Engage local and global cross function teams and stakeholders for various needs, be able to understand and execute the actions.

  • Support new projects and execute the operation details per the team priority.

  • Drive Lean mindset within the site and enhance the resolutions to enable a SAFE and efficient operation site.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2 years work experience.

  • Strong communication skill to lead project or process changes in operation by managing various background team members.

  • Strong sense of complaint handling and improvement logic with full alignment in EHS/Compliance.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver result in fast-paced and constantly changing environment.

  • Ability to communicate with Japanese and no hesitance to communicate in English, willing to travel in a very low frequency.

  • Must have a valid working visa to work in Japan
