Description

As a Facilities Manager Nike Retail Stores, you will play a key role in realizing the strategy across Nike EMEA Retail business. You will be responsible to manage the maintenance of our retail fleet by recognizing business opportunities, investments, projects, or program opportunities.

Key accountabilities include:

• Manage Facilities Maintenance end to end process with a focus on providing services which ensure a safe, healthy, and effective work environment to our athletes and consumers.

• Collaborate with senior and country management teams. Research, design and implement process and procedural innovative that will foster continual improvement of operation and service levels.

• Manage preventative maintenance and assigned projects. Influence the efforts of all outside architectural, construction, specific vendor, project management services and facilities vendors.

• Assist in developing annual facilities budgets to maintain the stores. Maintain capital budgets and timelines for projects, while monitoring scope development versus budget restriction.

• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors. Lead and benchmark all vendors for quality, timely and cost-effective performance.

• Drive work order requests for maintenance and repairs within all store concepts. Establish the system and process for timely response of all repairs and maintenance aligned to service level agreements (SLA).

• Maintain web-based FM tool to effectively capture information regarding work order history providing trend information to look for patterns of opportunity. Drive system and information data governance.

• Deliver the development of educate and training material on facilities processes ensuring to documentation, while continuously striving for increased efficiencies and effectiveness.

• Create and analyze reports to track KPI’s and deliver service excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering or related field)

• Minimum of 5 years extensive experience in Facilities Management in a comparable sized organization

• Technical skills needed in construction, construction drawings, contracts, project schedules, budgets, business documents, financial reports, & leases

• Ability to negotiate contract

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. A second language is a plus.

• Team player attitude, solid positive energy, confidence, integrity and passion for the Brand

• Strong leadership & influencing skills

• System knowledge in Service Channel with strong MS-office skills

• Project-management skills (certification is preferred)

• Ability to travel internationally approximately 5% of the time
