Health Advocates Network Collection Associate in High Point, North Carolina

Health Advocates Network is * * hiring a Collections * *Coordinator * *(1 Year Exp Req) ! This is a full-time contract position at a nationally recognized hospital * * located in High Point, NC.

  • *Pay Rate: * *$18.00 to $25.00 per hour (commensurate on experience and skill level) *

  • Shift: Days (8hrs)

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Contract Length: 15 weeks (temp-to-perm)

  • 100% REMOTE Position

*Job Summary: * The Collections Coordinator is responsible for tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues within a fast-paced, goal-oriented collections department. Additional responsibilities include interaction with insurance companies, preparing paperwork, as well as accurately inputting and documenting all actions within the collections system.

Collections Coordinator Qualification and Requirements:

  • High School diploma/ GED required

  • 1 year of Home Infusion collections and Specialty Pharmacy collections experience required

  • Experience with conducting account research and analysis, resolving payer discrepancies, and accountability for reducing delinquencies in assigned accounts
