Job Purpose

The Regional Technical Services team is responsible for the installation and support of key Komatsu Mining Technology (MTS) solutions including Argus, Pegasys, Dispatch, Provision, Guided Spotting, Minecare and more! The North America region supports over 63 mines spread across 4 countries and consists of high skilled and diverse team members. You will be working closely within the RTS team as well as collaborating across our global support team to tackle touch challenges that require innovative, out of the box thinking and always ensuring that we are putting the customer first! Safety is of the utmost importance to each and every one on our team members, you will be expected to positively contribute to the safety culture and help ensure that yourself and your fellow coworkers return home safely each and every day!
