We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Mechanic 3 to oversee the maintenance and operations of our building and grounds. The ideal candidate will have a extensive background in facilities management, with expertise in electrical, HVAC, and critical systems maintenance. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards are essential for success in this role.

salary: $75,000 - $79,040 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Maintain building and grounds to meet specifications.

• Handle electrical (120V, 208V: 3-phase, 480V: 3-phase) and HVAC tasks, including cooling system maintenance.

• Support pest control and building security efforts.

• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and compliance.

• Maintain critical plant systems (HVAC, Compressed Air, Water Systems, Nitrogen) for efficient operation and compliance.

• Assist production and maintenance technicians as needed.

• Possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and understanding of cGMP regulations, with proficiency in procedural writing.

• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working weekends
