This is a Machine Operator- 2nd Shift position with a company in Hattiesburg, MS.
Responsibilities: Maintains productivity levels according to plant goals. Adheres to the Company's Code of Conduct and Business Ethics standards. Properly reports labor. Gets drawings needed and cut parts without assistance. Operates a computerized back stop. Performs weekly maintenance on shear.
Knowledge of gauges / types of metals. Reads blueprints as needed. Stores parts properly. Distinguishes between interior and exterior. Performs scribing and notching.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent Education preferred. Read and write English. Knowledge of company safety policies. Able to read Tape measure. Prior Machine Operating experience preferred.
