We have an opportunity available for a Contract Specialist. The Contract Specialist is a sales support role for TAKKT FoodServices. The
primary function is to ensure the company
complies with
all terms of customers
contracts,
prior to accepting our
quote as an order.
The
specialist
will provide support by reviewing the details of the
contract
or bid submission to make certain we are able to meet all their requirements and have
accurate
customer information and notes
.
What you will do:
- Review and approval of all bids, contracts, and change orders
- Maintain data accuracy for contract customer's contact record in the ERP system
- Communicate with customers to ensure prompt payment is the primary responsibility is completed by the AIA payment form process
- Review to find potential orders
- Submit, compile and review vendor bids to send to the Contract Sales team.
- Communicating with Product Consultants on approval or resolve any inconsistent or missing information on pending customers bid or contract
- Maintaining a contract log and setting ship dates with manufacturers
- Responsible for collection of assigned Contract phone que and customer issue/returns
- Responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and releasing orders from credit holds

What we need:
- 3-5 years of contract/bid experience in a fast-paced environment
- H igh School degree required, College degree preferred
- PC literate - Microsoft Office and ERP knowledge is helpful
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and excellent follow up skills
- Detailed oriented, self-motivated, and the ability to make decisions independently within guidelines provided
