Job Summary The HRIS Analyst is responsible for day-to-day support and maintenance of Human Resource systems and other systems supported by the HRIS team. Serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. This role will serve as the liaison for all Tier 2 escalations, acquisition support.

Year over year customer experience review Principal Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. These include, but are not limited to the following:
Provides production support, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results, or process flaws: performing scheduled activities: recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
Performs system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing, and implementation of HRIS system upgrades or patches. Collaborates with HRIS team to coordinate application of enhancements or fixes.
Maintain HRIS system tables: documents process and results
Create EIB and mass data change templates and processes
Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to end users
Prepares ADHOC reports as requested
Performs audits of HRIS to ensure consistent and accurate data. Ensure policy and process changes are updated within reports and HR file feeds.
Communicates and builds partnerships with HR Shared Services to keep abreast of updates, issues, and case management
Conducts training, including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Trains end-users on new processes/functionality
Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data
Assist with projects related to HRIS/Payroll/Time Tracking/Absence/Benefit systems
CANDIDATE SUMMARY
Required Experience
At least 2 years' experience with ERP/HRIS system administration, maintenance, and reporting
Prior experience implementing/adding new HRIS modules a plus
Excellent analytical, technical skills
Must be detail-oriented and extremely organized
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to manage data, reports, and information in a confidential manner at all times

Formal Education, Qualifications or Training
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
Working knowledge of HR systems and processes with a background implementing HR solutions
Knowledge of HR processes (from previous roles, - i.e., familiarity with employee life cycle transactions: new hire onboarding, leaves, employee benefits, terminations, etc.)
Some experience with PeopleSoft, UKG UltiPro, Kronos Workforce Dimensions and interfaces

Incumbent is required to have: Close visual acuity to perform detail-oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm's reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.
Incumbent will be subject to: Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
