Job Description

In detail your tasks include:

  • Implementation and Roll-out of the project management tool within the Business Unit Benecke Hornschuch Surface Group

  • First level support and relay station for second-level-support

  • Training of users of the project management IT rool

  • Set-up and maintenance of authorization concept/rights

  • Set-up of basic structures (e.g. stage gate models)

  • Test of Project Management IT tool as pilot plant for the whole Corporation

  • Adjustment and enhancement of the IT tool (configuration) as well as coordination of the adjustments done by the provider (customizing)

  • Maintenance of the System & Clarification of interfaces to other IT tools and initiation of necessary adjustments

  • Set-up of e.g. reports, forms, training documentation, user manuals

  • Support to integrate PM IT tool and Project Management Processes/Methods

  • Evaluation of platforms suitable for the usage in PM related topics (e.g. Connext, Blogs, Communities) and actively driving usage of those (marketing)

Job Requirements

  • Academic degree or vocational training in information technology, economics with technical background or comparable qualification

  • Several years of professional experience in the above mentioned area

  • Profound experience in different IT fields and knowledge in different IT tools/application platforms

  • Profound experience in IT Project Management, ideally in project management IT tools

  • Leading experience e.g. as project leader (m/f)

  • Experience in working in intercultural teams

  • Excellent German and English language skills (spoken and written)

  • Analytical skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Presentation and moderation skills as well as training competence

  • Ability to travel up to 30% (national and international)
