O'Neal Industries, Inc. Summer Intern - Multiple Disciplines UPM in Hamilton, Ohio

Description

For the Summer of 2024, UPM is looking to collaborate with creative and energetic college students in the following fields:

  • Sales/Contracts

  • IT

  • Quality

  • Supply Chain

Projects and/or Major Duties:

  • Sales/Contracts Department:

  • CPS management and potential to help with building a platform for customer-facing reports on performance to forecast/quality/overall interaction with UPM products and services.

  • IT:

  • Work on open tasks for Power-BI reports

  • Assist Operations with reporting and dashboard needs

  • Developing Power-BI reporting through Salesforce

  • Assist Supply Chain with open reporting and project needs

  • Possibly support testing of Stratix MRP system for supply chain

  • Quality:

  • Implementation of Kanban/Push Pull system

  • Implementation of automation equipment

  • Process flow map and control charts

  • Revamping the QMS (updating current documentation, reformatting, and digital transition of a Quality support site

  • Supply Chain:

  • Updating the Library in Stratix

  • Capture and compile notes and actions around quality claims to support the supplier performance initiative.

  • Supply chain services task work in Stratixo PO Acknowledgements; PO date updates

  • PPS update maintenance

  • Reservation process support

Working Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm (flex scheduling available)

Compensation:

$20/hour, bi-weekly pay
