Staffmark is currently seeking Packaging Operators to join our team in Fairfield, OH. If you're detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready to contribute to producing high-quality products, this could be the opportunity for you! Hourly Rate: $17 Shift: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, Monday - Friday Responsibilities: Monitor pre-moistened towelette manufacturing by machine. Inspect products for quality and adhere to company standards. Package products according to specifications. Perform visual inspections for defects and leaks. Ensure accurate labeling and product weights. Assist with assigned departmental duties. Requirements: Ability to lift 20 - 40 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Effective English communication skills. Punctual, dependable, and conscientious. Willingness to learn and adapt. 1-3 years of related production experience preferred. High School diploma or equivalent preferred. 1-2 years of manufacturing experience required.
