Your Responsibilities

  • Planning and Designing UAT Tests / Executing Test Cases / Documenting Results / Collaborating on Fixes for SeaCare/SeaEvent

  • Trend and Descriptive Analytics and coordinate Predictive Analysis

  • Developing Dashboards and Reports with Excel and PowerBI

  • Jira ticketing and Feedback Loop Management, (collecting and implementing feedback from end users’ post-deployment, to guide future updates or enhancements) training on solution and features

  • Monitoring and support of existing Health IT integrations and ISM injuries operations

  • Support of Health IT and ISM Injuries projects and troubleshooting

Your Profile

  • Active enrolment for bachelor’s or master’s degree with focus on Health IT, Data Science or Analytics mandatory

  • Training or bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction or Quality Assurance & Software Testing desirable

  • Ideally first professional experience in Health Informatics or Health IT Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Excellent communication skills in English, technical documentation and report building

  • Responsible, reliable and good teamwork spirit

  • Understanding of Data Privacy, Security, and Integrity

  • Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking
