Your Responsibilities

Are you dynamic and detail-oriented with a proven track record in overseeing hotel-related projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Proficient in coordinating diverse stakeholders, controlling external suppliers, and providing technical expertise to optimize project outcomes. • Responsible for planning and execution of hotel related projects to ensure defined timelines, budgets and results

• Control and supervise external suppliers and service contractors

• Responsible for preparation of technical specifications or instructions for projects. Coordinate purchaser activities and analyse contractor’s offers

• Responsible for proper communication to project stakeholders and coordination between brand, ship management, crew and contractors

• Cooperate with the Brand, Fleet and Ship Managers during project execution and the ship’s dry-dock, supervise and be in charge of all activities pertaining to the assigned projects and related systems incl. maintenance. Support the technical operation by expertise advisory

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Interior Design is desired

• Technical studies and background are mandatory

• Perennial Experience in Ship Outfitting, especially for Public Areas & Cabins and professional experience in Outfitting Projects

• Junior leadership experience is required

• Very good English language skills! (English is our company language.)

• Structured and organized way of working as well as good time management

• Service oriented with good communication skills
