Your Responsibilities
Are you dynamic and detail-oriented with a proven track record in overseeing hotel-related projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Proficient in coordinating diverse stakeholders, controlling external suppliers, and providing technical expertise to optimize project outcomes. Responsible for planning and execution of hotel related projects to ensure defined timelines, budgets and results
Control and supervise external suppliers and service contractors
Responsible for preparation of technical specifications or instructions for projects. Coordinate purchaser activities and analyse contractor’s offers
Responsible for proper communication to project stakeholders and coordination between brand, ship management, crew and contractors
Cooperate with the Brand, Fleet and Ship Managers during project execution and the ship’s dry-dock, supervise and be in charge of all activities pertaining to the assigned projects and related systems incl. maintenance. Support the technical operation by expertise advisory
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Interior Design is desired
Technical studies and background are mandatory
Perennial Experience in Ship Outfitting, especially for Public Areas & Cabins and professional experience in Outfitting Projects
Junior leadership experience is required
Very good English language skills! (English is our company language.)
Structured and organized way of working as well as good time management
Service oriented with good communication skills
