Carnival Cruise Line Project Coordinator (f/m/d) in Hamburg, Germany

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordination and planning of all tasks in relation to all projects of involved departments

  • Documentation of project development

  • Creation of core documents (budget, overall plan, milestones, contracts, specifications, etc.)

  • Coordinating input of stakeholders & involved teams with interface to brands, external partners & SME

  • Preparation of presentations

  • Providing minutes of meetings including follow-up and tracking of project table

Your Profile

  • Professional training in Commercial area or Business Administration

  • Degree in Commercial area or Business Administration would be desirable

  • Professional experience in the area of project administration or planning

  • Experience in Maritime area would be of advantage

  • Preferably knowledge & experience in MS Project

  • High level knowledge in MS office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • Coordinating with cross cultural teams in complex organizations

  • Strong attention to details and structured way of working

  • Business fluent English as well as very good German language skills
