We are currently hiring a Remote, Part-Time Auto Loan Underwriter for one of the top Indirect Lenders located in Colorado. These individuals will need to work Friday - Sunday, Holidays, and hours ranging from12pm-11pm MST.

Description:

Daily Responsibilities:

• Log into ADP

• Review individual queue's to pull up listings of dealers and credit unions

• Work on oldest file to newest

• Review loan to value

• Calculate income

• Review Debt to Income Ratio

• pull up credit union, borrower and break down their credit criteria

• Enter notes on the borrower, follow up with the dealer and credit unions

• Most external communication is with credit union to get additional information

• Will determine whether to offer, reject, or comment addition information needed

• Daily Utilization of Temenos, Keystone Correlation, Meridian Link, and/or Excel

Qualifications:

MUST HAVES:

• Ability to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays - Shifts between 12pm-11pm MST

• Know how to break down credit bureaus

• Know how to break down income calculation

• Make a decision on credit approvals

• Has knowledge of loan to value ratio

• Minimum of 1 year of true Indirect UW experience and decision making authority
