We are offering an exciting opportunity for a competent Bookkeeper in Green Bay, Wisconsin, United States. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, and conducting interviews and assessments of candidates. The successful candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accounts receivable and accounts payable

• Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and reports on a monthly basis

• Prepare and submit payroll and sales taxes

• Conduct thorough interviews and new hire orientations

• Assist with employee benefit programs

Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations

• Solid knowledge of Bookkeeping

• Experience in Data Entry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Month End Close procedures

• Knowledge of Payroll processes

• Proficiency in QuickBooks

• Ability to Conduct Interviews
