Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Transformation Enablement Leader to structure, lead, and drive cross-functional transformation initiatives for market facing business units as key member of the Technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong, outcome/result-driven orientation and a background in professional services, future-state technology alignment, and target operating model design and integration. This role is pivotal in helping our internal transformation teams and leaders achieve their strategic objectives and adapt to the evolving business landscape. Responsibilities Transformation Strategy:Develop and implement comprehensive transformation strategies that align with our clients' business goals and objectives. Professional Services:Provide expert guidance and consulting services to internal teams, helping them navigate complex transformation challenges and achieve desired outcomes. Business Integration: Develop and lead cross functional efforts to seamless integrate various business functions and processes to ensure the overall success of transformation initiatives. Technology Integration: Lead cross functional efforts to integrate various technologies and systems to ensure frictionless professional service delivery and end user experiences. Target Operating Model Design:Collaborate with cross functional leaders to design and optimize integrated target operating models that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and agility. Change Management:Lead change management efforts to ensure that transformation initiatives are well-received and effectively adopted by client organizations. Project Team Leadership:Build and lead high-performing transformation teams and partnerships providing mentorship and guidance to achieve organizational objectives. Relationship management: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with cross-functional teams and partners, becoming a trusted advisor to teams and leaders throughout the transformation journey. Performance Monitoring:Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of transformation initiatives. Value/Impact Recognition: Orchestrate and drive ROI determination, capture and protection. Facilitation: Lead/support formal and informal opportunity discovery and resolution discussions Continuous Improvement:Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in business transformation, integrating new ideas and methodologies into client projects.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, management, technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Proven track record of at least 8 years in leadership roles responsible for enterprise business transformation, professional services, technology implementation, and/or target operating model design and implementation. Strong expertise in change management, project management, data analytics, business case development, process optimization, and storytelling. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all organizational levels. Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities.
