Kforce Epic Clindoc Analyst in Grand Rapids, Michigan

Kforce is working with a growing Grand Rapids, Michigan (MI) healthcare client hiring an Inpatient ClinDoc Analyst for an Epic implementation.Summary: The Inpatient ClinDoc Analyst is responsible for facilitating the use and continuous improvement of Epic in order to maximize its effective use to meet organizational objectives. This position will oversee all activities related to Epic including support, upgrades, user access, testing, documentation, implementation and training. In addition, the Inpatient ClinDoc Analyst will ensure the organization's compliance with regulatory guidelines. Principal duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Acting as the primary support contact for the application's end-users

  • Identifying issues that arise in their application area as well as issues that impact other application teams, and working to resolve them

  • Guiding work flow design, building, and testing the system, and analyzing other technical issues associated with Epic software

  • Identifying and implementing requested changes to the system

  • Serving as a liaison between end users' work flow needs and Epic implementation staff

  • Maintaining regular communication with Epic representatives, including participating in weekly project team meetings

  • Working with Epic representatives, your organization's business community, and end users to ensure the system meets the organization's business needs in regards to the project deliverables and timeline

  • Developing an understanding of operational needs to set the direction for the organization's work flows by attending site visits, validation sessions, and other integrated sessions

  • Inpatient ClinDoc and Smartforms certification is required
