The Cigna Group Creative Services Lead Analyst in Glasgow, United Kingdom

Responsibilities

  • Resource management and strategic planning for Creative Services team.

  • As the primary point of contact for all creative requests, coordinate GIH and when applicable Centre of Excellence requirements.

  • Line management of all Creative Services team members.

  • Establish and refine systems and procedures to assign work within the creative services team.

  • Works collaboratively with internal teams to verify the quality of information and briefing at each stage of the process, intervening constructively when issues arise regarding quality or timelines.

  • Manages internal schedules diligently, ensuring prompt communication of any changes.

  • Oversee all GIH events, with specific individual responsibility for delivering all GIH gold events and silver when required - ensuring impeccable execution and memorable experiences for attendees that deliver on business and marketing objectives.

  • Supplier relationship management ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery of high-quality services. Including all GIH requirements for

  • Translations

  • Merchandise

  • POS

  • Wider overflow of key creative services outside of our core agencies when required.

  • Facilitates the onboarding process for new hires in the creative team.

  • Responsible for the maintenance of the GIH marketing budget and required reporting

  • Ability to effectively manage resources, ensuring efficient utilisation of resources while achieving desired goals.

  • Thrive in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

  • Supplier relationship experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills, effectively.
