Eagle Specialty Materials, LLC Prep Plant Technician in Gillette, Wyoming
The Prep Plant Technician is responsible for safely and cost-effectively operating and maintaining the receiving, processing and storage of coal at the loadout facilities, as well as, shipping a quality product to our customers in a timely manner with minimum supervision.
Essential Functions
- Meet the physical demands of the position as described in the Physical Demands Analysis
- Work a 12-hour rotating shift
- Operate loadout and plant
- Perform plant wash down and maintenance
- Attend team meetings
- Be involved in the team process as demonstrated by having taken team classes, taken on team roles and/or action in progress
- Maintain safe work environment and practices
- Maintain professional communication with all departments
- Develop relationships conducive to superior performance
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Other tasks as directed
- Comply with company drug and alcohol policy
