We are entering a new phase of growth for the agency in Geneva after winning several international clients in the UK, Singapore, and Switzerland.
WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOKS LIKE
As a Junior Digital Graphic & Motion Designer (intern), you will support the creation of assets in various formats (e.g. animations, still assets, videos etc.) and for different platforms (e.g. social media, search & display ads, etc.) for the portfolio of premium and luxury brands served by DLG within the watchmaking, jewelry, fashion, lifestyle, private banking, and real estate sectors.
Work closely with Art Directors, Graphic Designers and Web designers to adapt assets to different formats and media
Develop structured storyboards and mood boards
Deliver designs that are creative, useful, and aligned with technical and brand standards
Animate dynamic content for various media & platforms, including but not limited to social media assets, web, newsletters, etc.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas
Adapt a brand identity to different formats and layouts
Ensure assets compatibility and relevance depending on the objectives/formats
Stay up to date on trends, tools and new technologies
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE
At least 6 months experience in graphic design/motion design internship
Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communication preferred
Have a perfect sense of layout structures, typography, design rules, etc.
Knowledge and interest for social media creative and innovative formats (e.g. vertical, videos, etc)
Knowledge of after-effect and animation tools
Proficiency in the following software suite: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, aftereffect), sketch/Figma
Leverage feedback to consistently improve quality
Familiarity with Luxury design and art codes is a plus
Advertising format and best practices is a must
French fluent, English good
