ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Loss Prevention Coordinator is responsible to implement plans and control minimizing loss of inventory, cash and/or revenue leakage.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
o Conduct store audits and self assessment reviews
o Conduct ongoing CCTV footage review and analysis of high risks
o Conduct adhoc store visits to review compliance with LP controls and highlight key risk areas
o Incidents & exception monitoring and recommendation build to prevention reoccurrence / impact
o Raise issues and long outstanding incidents on inadequate controls in inventory & cash handling
o Direct work of contract security officers
o Direct external security company and raise issues with performance
o Inspect buildings, equipment, or access points to determine security risk and confirm adequacy
o Respond to all Security Incident Reports raised by the stores / distribution reference security equipment.
o Implements relevant measures to ensure company compliance is adhered to
o Conduct Security Audits and generate a subsequent action plan to Operations and the relevant business
o Perform adhoc store visits to review all security equipment is used correctly. To include CCTV, EAS and intruder alarm system
o Assists in, or apprehends shoplifters and liaises with Mall Security / local police. Advises stores on procedures dealing with shoplifters and assists in subsequent police cases.
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate should have the below Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 3years experience in Loss prevention or security management.
Microsoft excel
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Good Excel and Power Point skills
Driven and attention to details.
