Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Attorney/Lawyer in Ft Myers, Florida. The individual will be part of a law firm and will be trained in various areas such as Homeowners Association, Estate Planning, Civil and Commercial litigation. This role involves legal research, drafting legal documents, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough legal research to support cases

• Draft and revise legal documents ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws

• Handle complaints professionally and in a timely manner

• Manage cases involving civil litigation and commercial litigation

• Provide advice on homeowners association (HOA) regulations

• Assist in estate planning services for clients

• Utilize LexisNexis for legal research and case management

• Maintain comprehensive and organized case files and documentation

• Write legal arguments clearly and persuasively

• Stay current with the latest developments in the legal field. Requirements

• Must hold a valid license to practice law and barred in Florida

• Minimum of two years of experience as an attorney/lawyer.

• Proficiency in using LexisNexis for legal research.

• Demonstrated experience in managing legal systems.

• Capable of effectively briefing clients and teams on legal matters.

• Should possess significant experience in civil litigation.

• Proven record in handling and resolving complaints.

• Excellent documentation skills are required.

• Experience in Homeowners Association (HOA) related legal issues would be advantageous.

• Should have a strong background in estate planning.

• Commercial litigation experience is required.

• Ability to draft and review legal documents is mandatory.

• Excellent legal research skills are required.

• Strong legal writing ability is a must.
