Description We are seeking a Systems Administrator for a contract position based in Framingham, Massachusetts. The role will primarily revolve around managing and customizing our Salesforce system, including creating custom Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, and more. You will also be responsible for managing user profile information and collaborating with the sales team to create workflows, generate reports, and input data.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage custom Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports

• Collaborate with the sales team to create effective workflows and generate meaningful reports

• Manage user profile information within the Salesforce system

• Input data as required, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Monitor and maintain Linux Technologies and Cisco Technologies

• Develop and implement Salesforce Administration strategies

• Design and manage data workflows and development roadmaps

• Design page layouts within the Salesforce system

• Utilize Salesforce CPQ for quote generation and management

• Customize Salesforce system as per business requirements and user needs. Requirements • Must possess at least 2 years of experience working as a Systems Administrator

• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies and Linux Technologies is required

• Experience in Salesforce Administration is necessary

• Knowledge and understanding of Data workflows and Development roadmaps is essential

• Familiarity with Page Layout Design is a plus

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Customization is highly desirable

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and team collaboration skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
