Parkview North Hospital BHI Intake Navigator in Fort Wayne, Indiana
Must be a high school graduate or the equivalent with GED. Two years of experience in a hospital access or mental health navigation department. Experience in a mental health or substance abuse setting preferred. Experience with Microsoft suite of products is preferred. Must pass a DCS background check. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to work independently. Must show competency with Federal and State regulations.
