Ally Executive Customer Relations Specialist in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania
The Analyst II position encompasses manual processes that require research, planning, reporting, implementation and communication. Incumbent handles a diverse set of issues and is required to be a subject matter expert in a larger than normal set of processes, banking regulations and problem management areas.
Acts as a customer liaison and Subject Matter expert for other functions and departments within Ally Bank
Partners with cross functional teams on key initiatives directly impacting customer experience and/or regarding tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Other duties or responsibilities as may be required to effectively and efficiently respond to customer needs
A Bachelor degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience (minimum of 5 years' experience in business operations)
Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial services
Financial and banking experience preferred Process management, project related and requirements gathering experience preferred, if applicable
The candidate will have good product knowledge, ability to interpret questions/requests and ensure proper resolution, and intervene on more complex situations. This role uses subject matter knowledge to solve a wide range of difficult problems in creative and practical ways. The position must also understand business problems and opportunities for improvement.

Deposit Operations services the Deposits organization of Ally Bank. The team consists of over 200 associates across two locations (Ft Washington, PA and Lewisville, TX). The primary focus of the team is to support customers and our contact center teammates with a variety of activities geared around account maintenance, money movement, loss mitigation, complaint handling and projects. The department is divided into 8 teams and each team has associates that provide subject matter expertise specific to their area. Adherence to high quality output is critical along with; timelines, productivity, regulatory adherence and ensuring our culture is forefront in all that we do every day.
