Position Summary:

The Site Merchandising Manager will lead the continuous development of an effective and compelling online storefront, with a focus on creating a digital shopping experience that inspires, converts, and engages customers with the delivery of solutions to meet customer needs. You will oversee everything from product merchandising to content strategy to site experience, with a focus on aggressively leveraging the full capabilities of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and ancillary technologies to drive continuous conversion rate improvement and to develop data-driven strategies for maximizing online sales.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Aggressively manage product assortments and site merchandising strategies at PDP, PLP and navigational levels as well as site operations for both retail & wholesale sites

• Apply data-driven analytical problem-solving expertise and project management skills to drive ‘end-to-end’ ownership of digital experiences, leveraging product data, customer analytics and more

• Own the strategy and execution around site promotions in partnership with merchandising, marketing & Vendor partners in order to achieve annual sales plan for retail & wholesale sites

• Support product content strategy, in partnership with the merchandising, publishing and creative teams, as well as any agency and/or freelance resources – with the overall goal of strategically enhancing content on top products and improving related funnel metrics

• Analyze and synthesize data related to customer interactions with products and other site content, with the overall goal of unlocking insights that improve funnel metrics (e.g., bounce rate, add to cart, conversion rate, etc.)

• Understand the full set of SFCC capabilities. Constantly identify new ways to leverage the platform to drive conversion rate improvement on site

Education, Experience & Skills:

Minimum education required/preferred, area of study: • Bachelor’s degree

Minimum years of relevant experience required: • 5-8+ years related experience in Merchandising, Site Merchandising, or related field

• SFCC Business Manager site merchandising experience

• 4+ years of experience in consumer-focused e-commerce environment

Additional skills/knowledge required include: • Strong customer obsession focused on building the right site experience for our customer

• Analytical and process-oriented, comfortable making data-driven decisions

• Ability to set clear team objectives and performance measures

• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary

• Assertive, adaptable and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
