This includes but is not limited to occasional non-scheduled assistance with serving, hosting, cooking, bar-tending and other duties. Monitors operations to ensure smooth running of the business operation during peak business hours to set the pace in Front and Back of the House. Adherence to established schedules of activities and priorities. Assures the presence of personnel to carry out the services offered; provides information concerning services, prices, dress codes, standards of behavior, and special events. Ensures staff is following established recipes and procedures. Helps control the guest flow and monitors ticket times. Ensures consistency in food and service to increase sales by performing table visits. Maintains order and harmony. Keeps an operational log while on duty; opens and closes the facility and performs fire and security checks. Assumes responsibility for cash during shift including cash collected from waiter’s guest checks. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of 6 months experience effectively working in a fast-paced food and beverage establishment or a current MWR Texas Roadhouse team member. Must possess good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills. Pay-Band (NF or CY) Allowances and Differentials. This is a pay-banded position. Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
