Sr. Residential Group Home Manager
Up to $69,000/year
(Salary includes annual bonus potential of up to $14,000)

Who We Need :
We are currently looking for a Full Time Senior Group Home Manager to join our Team in Mercer County.
What You Need:
Associate Degree preferred, 2-3 Years Supervision experience required; this role will require you to oversee two Group Homes, which includes Shift Managers & Direct Support Professionals.
Complete performance appraisals in a timely and professional manner
Intervene in corrective action
Maintain all State of New Jersey Licensure Files
Prepare all staff schedules, and ensure appropriate staffing
Provide on-call support and oversite
Programming Duties include but are not limited to: review program error reports; audit monthly paperwork; attend meetings
Group Home Operations: ensure Group Homes operate within budget; audit consumer finances; maintain Medication inventory and proper administration
