The Account Executive for Public Sector Healthcare customers will play a vital role in creating positive social change by working with innovative AI solutions that help our healthcare customers transform and modernize their services and operations. This role is crucial in developing relationships with customers and using Microsoft sales strategies to create alignment and secure commitment and action from senior leaders in the customer’s organization.

We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Account Executive to manage and grow accounts within the Public Sector Healthcare domain. The role involves developing account plans, leading diverse virtual teams, and driving sales to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, strategic thinking, and the ability to expand customer and partner networks. Responsibilities include anticipating customer needs, managing pipelines, and simplifying complex processes. The role requires proactive engagement with partners to drive business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. A commitment to sales excellence and customer feedback is essential to maintain high satisfaction levels and build trust.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage executive, business, and technical decision-makers through consultative engagement.

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s business and technology needs.

  • Support business transformation through technology to drive business outcomes and create value.

  • Develop and oversee the execution of account plans to ensure high volume sales and achievement of revenue and consumption targets.

  • Expand the network of key internal and external partners to grow sales and partner impact.

  • Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor to executive-level business decision makers.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in healthcare industry driving digital transformation or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology).

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, or related field (preferred).

  • Proven account management /sales experience or equivalent.

Prefered Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage conflict and resolve issues effectively.

  • Deep understanding of customer strategic partnerships and relationship management.

  • Proficiency in sales strategy and managing sales pipeline.

  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Partner Ecosystem and project management (preferred).

  • Fluency in Finnish and English languages
