JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Penn State Behrend is seeking a dynamic professional to serve as the Coordinator of Student Leadership & Involvement. The Coordinator of Student Leadership & Involvement will report to the Associate Director of Student Leadership & Involvement and is responsible for engaging students in a comprehensive student activities program. Responsibilities include advising the primary student programming board, assisting students in the planning of student organization activities and events and approval of events; coordination of summer programming; assisting in all Student Leadership & Involvement events; overseeing student Night Building Assistants; and assisting with fraternity and sorority life.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in college student personnel services or a related discipline. Master’s degree in college student personnel services or a related discipline is strongly preferred.

This position may require that you operate a motor vehicle as part of your job duties. A valid driver’s license will be required in addition to standard background checks. Willingness and ability to work flexible hours to support night and weekend activities is required.

The salary range for this position, including all possible grades is:

$42,100.00 - $61,000.00
