• Gestión de las instalaciones: mantenimiento y reparación de edificios, equipos y sistemas, así como la coordinación de servicios como limpieza y gestión de residuos.

• Planificación y presupuesto:Desarrollar y ejecutar planes a largo plazo para el mantenimiento y mejora de las instalaciones. Presupuestos,inversiónes y gestión eficiente de recursos financieros.

• Seguridad y cumplimiento normativo:Garantizar que las instalaciones cumplan con todas las normativas y regulaciones de seguridad aplicables FM Gobal.

• Gestión de proveedores: Gestionar proveedores externos para servicios relacionados con las instalaciones y asegurarse de que se cumplan los estándares de calidad y servicio

• Planificación y programación de mantenimiento de equipos: Responsable de TPM desarrollando planes y programas para garantizar el funcionamiento eficiente de los equipos.

• Establecer calendarios de mantenimiento: coordinar las actividades de los supervisores y técnicos para garantizar la disponibilidad de recursos necesarios.

• Gestión de equipos y personal: Supervisa y coordina al equipo de supervisores y técnicos de mantenimiento. Esto incluye asignar tareas, capacitar al personal, evaluar el desempeño.

• Gestion de equipos electronicos/Automatizados (Programadoras,EOL,Testing,Prueba electrica etc)

• Gestión de activos: Responsable de gestionar los activos de la organización, como equipos, maquinaria y sistemas. Esto implica llevar un registro de inventario, realizar análisis de vida útil y tomar decisiones sobre reparación, reemplazo o actualización de activos.

• Gestion de inventarios de refacciones

• Desarrollo Organizacional:Responsable de seleccionar, capacitar, motivar, desarrollar a su staff.
