On the Employer Branding team, our mission is to help DISH attract, cultivate, and nurture the very best talent. This position will report directly to the Manager of Employer Branding and be a part of the larger Talent Acquisition - Channels and Programs team within HR.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

As Marketing Lead - Employer Brand, you will work alongside our professional Talent Acquisition organization to develop and manage recruitment marketing and employment branding initiatives. This is a strategic, detail-oriented role where you will be expected to drive the full lifecycle of paid and organic recruitment marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an Account Manager for various stakeholders, understanding their awareness needs deeply.

  • Take charge of leveraging tools and programs to expand the brand's visibility across platforms like Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn, and our career site.

  • Establish a consistent presence for candidates through owned marketing channels and employer awards.

  • Act as a brand ambassador and facilitate training sessions for team members to embody the brand.

  • Collaborate with external vendors, employee resource groups, and internal teams to execute employer brand campaigns effectively.

  • Demonstrate autonomy and deliver results with minimal direction from management.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years combined experience in brand marketing, recruitment marketing experience a plus.

  • Experience with:

  • LinkedIn, CRM, social media and paid media tools

  • Facebook, Dice, Stack Overflow, a plus

  • Advertising media math, digital campaign management and ad tracking operations

  • Understanding of programmatic media concepts

  • Marketing performance reporting and data analytics

  • Invoice, budget planning and expenditure management as related to professional marketing campaigns

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A high level of proficiency with:

  • Google Suite

  • Building and managing spreadsheets and presenting slide decks

  • Campaign management tools or interfaces

  • Solid organizational, problem-solving and time-management skills

  • Extremely detail-oriented in all aspects of work output

  • Self-starter attitude with an ability to conceptualize and drive projects

This role must be performed onsite in Denver, Colorado.

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
