This position is based at our High Wycombe office (hybrid)

What will you do

The broader commercial team are distorting resource towards value creation, driving this new renewed focus on revenue growth.

Working across all brands, you will support the RGM Managers in building a deep understanding of profit opportunities externally and internally. Additionally, you will get to work across each of the RGM levers (Price, Promo & Portfolio) and support in further implementing RGM practices across the entire business. This role will help develop your strategic abilities and stakeholder management before embarking on further opportunities in Kenvue. With robust talent and succession planning, support will be given to help develop you and your career. In this team you will collaborate across multiple functions including Customer Development, Category & Marketing, Shopper, Finance and Supply.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Commercial Team through ownership of key insight tools and reports (e.g. EPOS) which includes managing relationships with various 3 rd party providers.

  • Partner with RGM Managers, Commercial Strategy, Squads and Sales team to highlight and share key insight through effective use of the existing suite of RGM Tools.

  • Being aware of competitor and market changes to help the RGM Team react quickly in order to offset any profit pressure.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

  • Experience in an Analytics, Commercial or National Accounts role in CPG.

  • Proactive mentality with the ability to translate market and organisational data into insights and action across price, pack, promotions and mix.

  • Excellent communicator and collaborator.

  • Performance orientated, ability to adapt to change and a solution focused approach.
