JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Employment Type: Full-Time, Hybrid #LI-HYBRID This Facilities Coordinator position starts at \$20.96 per hour with an annual award opportunity based off individual and credit union performance. What you should know about the role Accountable for the management of the organizations\' facilities within a specified region. Oversees facilities vendor relationships needed to ensure all facilities are maintained and functioning properly to enhance the appearance and productivity of the credit union. This includes oversight of building renovations, equipment needs and maintenance, grounds and building maintenance, obtaining contract bids, and overall efficient use of facilities. Partners with facilities vendors to maximize areas of expertise and develop efficiencies beneficial to the overall credit union. Major Duties and Responsibilities Works closely with the Physical Security Coordinator to ensure buildings, areas and grounds are safe for employees and visitors including placement of security equipment in new or existing branch or ATM locations. Develops and adheres to annual facilities budget. Creates detailed proposals for any new Facilities project over \$1000 or when directed by the Director of Corporate Real Estate or the Assistant Manager of Corporate Real Estate. Accountable for maintenance and overall upkeep of company vehicles. Maintain electronic record of all vehicle maintenance. Maintains adequate inventory of maintenance products used in all buildings.
