Responsibilities:

  • Provide Expert Support: Assist dealers and customers with the setup and operation of air conditioning recharge stations, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.

  • Diagnose and Resolve Issues: Utilize both onsite and remote troubleshooting techniques to identify and address electrical or mechanical problems, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.

  • Conduct Repairs: Perform repairs of varying complexities on air conditioning recharge stations, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

  • Documentation Management: Compile comprehensive documentation related to technical assistance, including troubleshooting steps, repair procedures, and customer communications.

  • Customer Training: Educate customers on the proper configuration and usage of company products, empowering them to maximize efficiency and productivity.

  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory of air conditioning spare parts, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment as needed.

  • Reporting: Generate detailed reports using proprietary software, providing valuable insights and analytics to inform decision-making processes.

  • Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the company's development team to relay customer feedback, contribute to product enhancements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Confidentiality and Compliance: Adhere to strict protocols for handling sensitive information and follow all company policies and procedures.

  • Supervision: Report directly to the Technical Manager, providing regular updates on project statuses, challenges, and successes.

  • Travel to customer location, as needed

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrated experience and understanding of automotive air conditioning systems and service procedures.

  • Certifications: Possess ASE or HVAC certification, validating proficiency in air conditioning diagnostics and repair.

  • Electrical and Mechanical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of electric, electrical, and mechanical principles, with the ability to interpret wiring diagrams and technical specifications.

  • Software Skills: Proficiency in computer applications, including Windows and MS Office suite, for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes.

  • Analytical Skills: Excellent troubleshooting abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.

  • Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

  • Team Player: Capable of working collaboratively within a team environment, while also demonstrating initiative and the ability to work independently.

  • Organization: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary/Benefits:

Our client is offering competitive gross salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive employer paid medical insurance coverage for employee, atching 401K program, paid time off, and excellent company culture.

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
