Salary Range: $54,017.00 - $83,147.00 Annually

Hiring Range: $54,017.00 - $64,820.00 Annually

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Remote Employment: Flexible/Hybrid

Devoted to program administration, consulting, project management and community collaboration to facilitate the attraction and retention of business, employment opportunities, housing and community development/revitalization. Provide program logistical coordination, advanced customer service that may include program eligibility determination, and/or basic research, data compilation and analysis. Decision-making involves the coordination of transactions and processes at the highest level of standard operating tasks, including providing direction to lower level staff in the execution of operational tasks and review and verification of work.

Responsible for assisting with program planning and coordination; maintaining records; tracking financial transactions; reviewing and assessing program participation; providing technical information to customers, stakeholders and community members; attending meetings and assisting with meeting planning; providing training; providing customer service and following up on issues to ensure resolution; assisting with marketing and information flow to customers; compiling and reviewing data; providing assistance in preparing reports; and assisting with contract preparation and monitoring.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Assists with planning and coordinating programs, projects, and operations; coordinates program logistics, including recruiting program participants and volunteers; plans and implements events, workshops, and conferences; supports community associations and establishes community partnerships; monitors program expenses; and organizes and schedules meetings.

  • Coordinates with community groups, residents, governmental agencies, and City departments; attends community and related meetings; provides programmatic and operational information; conducts training, workshops, and related events; responds to concerns and requests; provides customer service and follows up on issues to ensure resolution; and assists with developing and implementing recommendations to improve programs.

  • Under direction, prepares reports, records, files, contracts, agenda items, communication and promotional materials, bid documents, applications, certifications, letters, and other documents; processes payments; updates websites, databases, and online systems; gathers, compiles, tracks, and/or monitors data; and reviews work for accuracy, completeness and compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.

  • May serve as a lead worker, assigning work and monitoring work completion.

  • Coordination of procurement.

  • Stakeholder meeting coordination.

  • Contract coordination administration.

  • Contract invoice receipt & tracking data entry.

  • Environmental clearances (HEROS) data entry.

  • Data dashboard data entry & reporting.

  • File management (electronic/paper/retention).

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Associate degree OR equivalent experience.

  • Three years of paraprofessional program support, logistical, and coordination experience.
