Are you fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and have at least 1 year of office experience? Ideally, do you also have experience within the insurance industry? Do you enjoy working with a high volume of details, processing information from numerous computer software systems, investigating and documenting, and interacting with customers? This Claims Specialist role requires you to be fluent in Brazilian Portuguese language to be successful. If you are fluent in the language, love office work, have a knack for details and customer service, and want to work from the comfort of your home; this role is for YOU!

salary: $19 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Support the Brazilian Portuguese-speaking client portfolio with their claims by utilizing your fluency in the language and exceptional customer service and office skills

  • Intake and collect documentation

  • Investigate each claim

  • Determine benefits due

  • Make timely payments

  • Research and payment adjustments

  • Interact with clients by taking in and making telephone/video calls

  • Correspond with clients via email interactions

  • Adjudicate property settlements or denials up to a certain authority

  • Document notes for each open case until it is closed
