Jabra is looking for a highly skilled marketing professional who is results oriented to support revenue growth in the Middel-East region by driving channel acquisition & enablement activities, marketing directly to IT decision makers, driving lead generation strategy and execution, account-based marketing activities as well as joint events with strategic alliances across the region.

This position will expose you to interesting challenges and demand the ability to prioritize and make decisions with consideration for long-term effects. It is vital that you are a self-starter, able to hit the ground running in a busy environment still with strong attention to detail and proven track of digital background.

The team you will be part of

You will work closely together with your core team of 5 sales and 2 marketing colleagues spread across UAE and Saudi Arabia, supporting marketing activities in Middel-East with direct reporting line to Enterprise Marketing Manager, ME.

In the process, you will also work closely with our extended Marketing team to reach your targets, including EAST Video Marketing Manager, pan-EMEA marketers, as well as other regional Marketing Managers.

You will work from Dubai and will be joining a highly motivated team of marketing professionals who are ready to share their knowledge and experience. As a member of the Enterprise division, you will be part of an exciting growth strategy where Jabra is positioned as a global leader in intelligent audio and video conferencing solutions. Your line manager is based in Dubai and will be providing you guidance within ME region.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Work closely with your Marketing Manager and Sales stakeholders to develop and execute overall demand generation strategy. Define priorities, set new and nurtured lead generation goals and forecasts, executing, and measuring overall results against plans.

  • Execute on the regional channel & end customer marketing plan aligned with regional sales, communications, physical & virtual events, online and offline marketing, execute campaigns created by Global Marketing.

  • Localize content and implement campaigns against the plan including product launches, use case, vertical & solution-based marketing campaigns

  • Work closely with distribution in country to develop strong reseller acquisition & enablement activities

  • Report on channel marketing activities and performance against agreed metrics

  • Execute on key strategic alliance initiatives within the Global plan

  • Day-to-day manage your part of ME Channel & End Customer Marketing budget

  • As part of the marketing network, you will be expected to work alongside sales and required to travel to partner locations for meetings as required. Some travel within Europe may be required to attend internal meetings.

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you are/have :

  • Fluent English is essential (both written and verbal), Arabic is an advantage

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field of study

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience of working in B2B channel & end customer marketing

  • Experience of the IT/Telecoms/AV market is an advantage, but not a requirement

  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to budget

  • Excellent written and verbal communicator with the ability to work and negotiate within a matrix organisation

  • Customer centric approach to marketing with a strong knowledge of the sales process and understanding of current trends in the marketplace

  • Strong sense of personal drive and initiative with the ability to define project scope and maintain momentum until completion

  • Digital Marketing experience including SoMe and content marketing

  • Knowledge on SEO/SEM/Google analytics is a big plus
