Allied Machine & Engineering Operator Set Up 4-Axis OD Grind in Dover, Ohio

Allied is currently looking for an Operator Set Up (4-Axis OD Grind) to set up and operate 4-Axis OD Grind machines producing high-quality parts.
Schedule: 5 pm - 5 am. Work 3 days in week 1 and four days in week 2. Schedule repeats every two weeks.
Will train 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
Shift Premium Differential: $4.00
Requirements
Set up, operate, and adjust 4-Axis OD Grind machines
Perform inspection of parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues
Follow work instructions and blueprints
Maintain a high-quality standard and rate of efficiency
Adhere to safety guidelines and practices
Collaborate with team members and communicate any issues or concerns
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Detail oriented
Basic math skills
Ability to multi-task
Experience:
Previous machining experience preferred, but not required
Experience with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools, preferred
