Operator must understand the parts of the sewing machine, able to change out needles, able to replace and retread needle, able to change out bobbins, and replace thread, able to read a tape measure, close to term on machine, and the proper condition to be able to sew sleeves, able to sew facing together, and able to change out machine foot. Must have sewing experience.
