We’re seeking a full-time Preventative Maintenance. Your Schedule will be 4 days a week Tuesday - Friday 7am to 5:30pm

What are you responsible for?

A Rooms Preventative Maintenance Engineer will be responsible primarily for general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms. In this position you will assess guest rooms to ensure all items are in working condition and up to guest standards.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of one year building maintenance experience is recommended, with hotel experience preferred.

• Good customer skills are also required.

• Basic computer skills and be able to navigate a handheld device.

• Ability to use hand tools and power tools are required. Must be able to multitask
