Corporate Paralegal

Our client, a leading National Residential Real Estate Company located in the South Denver area is looking for a Corporate Paralegal who has 4 plus years of experience working as a corporate and some litigation management paralegal within a corporate legal department. The corporate paralegal will be responsible for drafting corporate resolutions and minutes, monitoring compliance with filing requirements, setting up corporate entities, supporting the board of directors, and administering the corporate annual reporting of the company is required for this position. Submission of secretary of state filings, contract management, and corporate compliance management experience is required. Prior, litigation experience is preferred for this position. Paralegal certification and or a Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred to be successful in this position. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal.

• Proficient in using Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, and Management System.

• Familiarity with Case Management Software and LexisNexis is necessary.

• Capable of handling Billing Functions, Briefing, Calendar Management, and Claim Administration.

• Experienced in Complaint Handling and serving as a Corporate Paralegal.

• Understanding of Corporate & Commercial law, Contract Administration, and Civil Litigation.

• Ability to draft, manage, negotiate, and review various types of contracts including Customer Contracts, Legal Contracts, Maintenance Contracts, Manage Care Contracts, Real Estate Contracts, etc.

• Knowledge of Corporate Blue Sky, Corporate Compliance, Corporate Entities, Corporate Legal, Corporate Law, and Corporate Legal Management System.

• Capable of Corporate Maintenance and handling Corporate Transactions.

• Should be able to administer Corporate Annual Reports.
