Key Responsibilities
  1. Implementing Behavioral Interventions:

    • Carry out behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs.

    • Record data on client progress and behavior in real-time during sessions.
  2. Data Collection and Reporting:

    • Collect accurate and detailed data on client behaviors, progress, and challenges.

    • Communicate findings and observations to supervising BCBAs.
  3. Client Interaction:

    • Work directly with clients in various settings, including home, school, or clinical environments.
    • Develop a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families.
    • Assist clients with daily living skills, social skills, and communication.
  4. Training and Professional Development:

    • Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in ABA.
    • Participate in regular supervision meetings with BCBAs to review cases and receive feedback.
  5. Adherence to Ethical Guidelines:

    • Follow the ethical guidelines and standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
